Yoga for Runners & Cyclists Summer Sequence

I am taking a little break in August so there will be no Saturday am Yoga for Runners & Cyclists classes. Classes start back 2nd September. In the meantime here is a little sequence which you can practice post run or cycle or at any other time you fancy!
The sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions (running and cycling are so linear!) and work through the main areas of the hips and legs. Only the right side is shown but you should also repeat all on the left side. Aim to take 5-10 breathes in each stretch either coming directly into the stretch or moving in and out of it a few times with the breath, as suits you.
All the low lunges and variations can be practised with something under the back knee for padding such as a cushion, block or blanket.
